Bally Baby Pac-Man
Bally Baby Pac-Man
Bally’s Baby Pac-Man is a rare hybrid of a scaled down pinball machine and a video game.
The game consists of a 13” screen seated above an elevated, horizontal pinball playfield. The game fits into a cabinet approximately the same size as an arcade game.
Like other Pac-Man titles, the game starts off with Baby Pac-Man in a maze with four ghosts; unlike other titles, there are no power pellets available. When the player moves Baby Pac-Man into one of two chutes at the bottom of the maze, the gameplay switches over to the pinball table. Doing well at pinball rewards the player with power pellets, higher-scoring fruit, faster movement through the warp tunnel, and extra lives.
The gameplay returns if the player shoots the ball into the saucer or drains it. However, draining the ball will close the vertical shoots and lock Baby Pac-Man out of the pinball table.
By most accounts, Baby Pac-Man is the hardest Pac-Man game ever made. Not only does the player start off with no offensive capabilities but earning just one power pellet requires hitting a single target seven times.
Reconditioning Process:
This machine was originally used in commercial environments such as arcades, public houses, and amusements.
When you place your order with us, we will take the machine out of storage and bring it into our workshop, where technicians will fully clean and test all the components to ensure they are in working order as well as making any repairs that may be necessary.
Because of the age of these machines and that fact that they were originally used in commercial environments, it is possible that there may be signs of cosmetic wear and tear. However, we feel that these slight imperfections only add to the patina of this classic machine and helps to tell a story of its past life.
Please understand that some items may take up to 28 days for a full refurbishment.
