Manufactured in 1984, The Games is an Olympic sports themed pinball from Gottlieb.
Skill, control and the spirit of competition. The qualities that make a great athletic performance will now make a great pinball score on the challenging playfield of The Games.
Shotput/Javelin
Smash the pinball into the dual-ball channel, your score is determined by the distance measured. The top score wins a Gold medal.
Discuss/Hammer
Hurl the pinball through the spinning targets, the more spins you get the more distance you score. Go for the gold.
Pole Vault
Propel the pinball into the vari-target to meet the qualifying hight, then the next qualifying hight is set. After four successful vaults the gold medal is yours.
Gold Medals
Every gold medal advances the bonus multiplier and earning a gold medal in the pole vault activated the top rollover for the special.
This machine was originally used in commercial environments such as arcades, public houses, and amusements.
When you place your order with us, we will take the machine out of storage and bring it into our workshop, where technicians will fully clean and test all the components to ensure they are in working order as well as making any repairs that may be necessary.
Because of the age of these machines and that fact that they were originally used in commercial environments, it is possible that there may be signs of cosmetic wear and tear. However, we feel that these slight imperfections only add to the patina of this classic machine and helps to tell a story of its past life.
