The most expensive wall box CD jukebox available at the time from NSM, this version combined blacks and greens to provide a more classy and expensive look to their latest model. Whereas the insides are the same as the other models of the time, NSM marketed the Emerald Ice as the “diamond amongst the rough” (referring to the competition from other manufacturers of the time), which was a play-on phrase from the popular “diamond in the rough” saying. The fact that NSM referred to the Emerald as a Diamond, and changed the popular saying to suit, doesn’t say a great deal for the marketing department of the time!
There is a visible 100 selection CD player so you can see it playing your choice through the viewing window. The title unit is a sliding page, which holds the whole front cover of your CD, and can be operated with just a touch of the illuminated button!
The machine comes complete with two wall mounted speakers. It can be wallmounted, or simply sat on a desk or table.
This machine was originally used in commercial environments such as arcades, public houses, and amusements.
When you place your order with us, we will take the machine out of storage and bring it into our workshop, where technicians will fully clean and test all the components to ensure they are in working order as well as making any repairs that may be necessary.
Because of the age of these machines and that fact that they were originally used in commercial environments, it is possible that there may be signs of cosmetic wear and tear. However, we feel that these slight imperfections only add to the patina of this classic machine and helps to tell a story of its past life.
